Pumpkin Trifle
- 1 loaf pumpkin bread, cubed (recommend Pumpkin Spice Bread)
- 2 (3 1/3 ounce) boxes instant pudding mix, white chocolate flavor
- 1 (30 ounce) can pumpkin pie filling
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 13 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (12 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Prepare pudding according to package directions.
- Set aside.
- Mix the pie filling, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Fold into pudding.
- In a trifle bowl, layer the bread, pudding mixture and whipped topping.
- Repeat layers.
- Refrigerate overnight.
