sig's Courgette & Chocolate Cake

  1. preheat oven to 190C/375 F/Gas5.Line 23cmx33cm baking tin with non-stick baking paper.
  2. cream margarine,oil and sugars together until fluffy,beat in eggs and milk
  3. sift flour,baking powder ,allspice and cocoa and gently fold into butter mixture.Stir in grated courgettes ,(or you can slice them and use a blender and blend them in )and vanilla essence,spoon into tin and smooth top.Sprinkle the Chocolate dots over top
  4. bake for 35-45 until cake is firm and a knife or skewer comes out clean,cut into squares whilst still warm and then leave to cool
