Tzatziki

  1. Into cheesecloth, (folded about 4 times), empty yogurt.
  2. Tie up,& hang on faucet overnight, or while at work, approximately 8 hours.
  3. Empty yogurt-cheese into a bowl& whisk to make creamy.
  4. Add rest of stuff& mix.
  5. Serve cold.

nonfat plain yogurt, cucumber, garlic, ground pepper, salt, fresh dill
