Chicken Milano Skillet Recipe

  1. In skillet cook onion and garlic in butter over medium heat, until onion is tender.
  2. Stir occasionally.
  3. Add in chicken and cook until lightly browned on both sides, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in tomato soup and remaining ingredients.
  5. Heat to boiling on high.
  6. Reduce to low, cover and simmer for 20 min, stirring often.
  7. Spoon mix over rice.
