I Triple Dog Dare Ya, Cheesy Western Burger
- 2 pounds Ground Chuck
- 1 Tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 6 slices Any Deli Style Cheese
- 6 whole Eggs, Hard-Fried
- 6 whole Deli Style Sandwich Buns, Toasted On Grill
- 2 Tablespoons Kickin Hot Dog Hamburger Topper (See My Recipe Box)
- Heat up grill or a griddle on the stove.
- Mix hamburger and Montreal steak seasoning.
- Pat out patties and place on the hot grill.
- Cook until desired doneness.
- While burgers are going, hard fry the eggsyolks should not be runny, unless you prefer them this way.
- 30 seconds to 1 minute before burgers are ready, top patties with cheese until melted.
- Toast buns.
- Remove from the grill, top with an egg and place on buns.
- Top with sauce and enjoy.
- I keep a bottle of Tabasco sauce on hand for extra heat.
