Pasta Primavera
- 1 lb. gemelli pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
- 1 each orange and red pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add vegetables and garlic; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of the remaining dressing.
- Add remaining dressing to vegetable mixture in skillet along with the pasta; mix lightly.
- Spoon into large bowl.
- Add reserved dressing and cheese; toss to coat.
- Top with basil.
