Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Marinate sliced chicken in soy sauce.
  2. Slice all vegetables into thin slices ( Julienne).
  3. Heat pan with vegetable oil til its screamin hot.
  4. Add chicken and soy sauce.
  5. Fry until cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken.
  7. Add more oil.
  8. Add all sliced veggies.
  9. Add hoisen sauce and sesame sauce.
  10. Add chicken back in.
  11. Stir until sauce thickens.
  12. Eat over rice or glass noodles.
