Chicken Stir Fry
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 stock bok choy
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 can baby corn
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 cup broccoli spears
- 3/4 cup pea pods
- 1/4 cup sesame ginger sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisen sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Marinate sliced chicken in soy sauce.
- Slice all vegetables into thin slices ( Julienne).
- Heat pan with vegetable oil til its screamin hot.
- Add chicken and soy sauce.
- Fry until cooked through.
- Remove chicken.
- Add more oil.
- Add all sliced veggies.
- Add hoisen sauce and sesame sauce.
- Add chicken back in.
- Stir until sauce thickens.
- Eat over rice or glass noodles.
