Diet Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

  1. Brown chicken breast in a large non-stick skillet; arrange in single layer in an 8-oz shallow casserole.
  2. Top each breast with an onion slice.
  3. Blend spaghetti sauce mix into drippings in skillet; stir in tomatoes.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Spoon around chicken breast and onions.
  6. Cover casserole.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour or possibly till chicken is tender.
  8. Makes 6 servings (117 calories each).
