Barbeque Pork Recipe

  1. Trim meat and cut into strips about 2" wide and 6" long.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; pour over pork and marinate 2+ hrs.
  3. Skewer pork with steel hangers and hang onto top rack of oven over shallow roasting pan containing a few inches of water.
  4. Preheat oven to 425 for 10 min.
  5. Roast pork 20 min.
  6. With baster, coat with drippings every 5 min.
  7. Reduce heat to 325 and roast 5 min more.
  8. Slice each strip diagonally against the grain into 1/4" pcs.
  9. Serve cool.
  10. Dip with Chinese warm mustard and sesame seeds.
