Breakfast Smoothies Recipe
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1 x Banana
- 6 x -(up to)
- 7 x Frzn strawberries
- 4 x -(up to)
- 5 slc Frzn peaches
- 5 x -(up to)
- 6 x Frzn blueberries
- 6 x -(up to)
- 7 x Ice cubes Fresh mint (optional)
- 1 dsh Nutmeg (optional)
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
- We have been trying to eat more fruit (got to get those 5 servings!)
- and here is one way we have come up with.
- Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender.
- Puree till smooth.
- Add in ice, and puree again.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top and garnish the some fresh mint.
- Serves 2 or possibly 3.
