Breakfast Smoothies Recipe

  1. We have been trying to eat more fruit (got to get those 5 servings!)
  2. and here is one way we have come up with.
  3. Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender.
  4. Puree till smooth.
  5. Add in ice, and puree again.
  6. Pour into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top and garnish the some fresh mint.
  7. Serves 2 or possibly 3.

orange juice, banana, strawberries, peaches, blueberries, mint, nutmeg, honey
