Holiday Pumpkin Nog Recipe

• 1 quart. vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1 quart. lowfat milk
• 1 (30 ounce.) can pumpkin pie mix
• 1 to 1 1/2 c. light rum (opt.)
• Grnd nutmeg

1. Beat ice cream in a large bowl till smooth.
2. Stir in lowfat milk.
3. Then pumpkin pie mix and rum.
4. Cover and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
