Chili Cheese Dip
- 1 (8 ounce) package Velveeta cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can hormel chili (no beans)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 jalapeno, seeded chopped
- 12 cup half-and-half
- combine the cheese and half and half in a sauce pan and slowly heat while stirring until all the cheese is melted.
- add the jalepeno, cayenne and chili, let simmer on low for about 5 minutes stirring frequently so cheese wont burn to bottom of pan.
