Bernie's Secret Salsa Recipe
- 4 x Roma tomatoes finely minced (up to 6)
- 1 med Sized red onion finely minced
- 1 bn Cilantro finely minced
- 2 x Limes (up to 3)
- 1 x Jalepeno peppers coarsely minced (so which no one accidentally eats one!) (up to 2) Salt
- Makes about 1 c. (good for about 1 bag of nacho chips)
- Mix together the tomatoes, onions and cilantro in a medium sized bowl.
- Squeeze the limes and add in the juice to the salsa.
- Add in the peppers and mix.
- Wait a couple of min for the taste to settle, then salt to taste ( about 1 tsp.
- ).
- Warning, it doesn't keep in the refrigerator for more than about one day, so eat it all in one sitting!
