- 2 Ripe Mangos, Diced
- 2 Peaches, Peeled And Diced
- 1/2 Small Red Onion, Diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno, Seeded And Diced
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt, Depending On Your Tastes
- 4 Trident Seafoods Wild Alaskan Pollock Burgers
- 4 Burger Buns, Cut In Half
- In a medium bowl, combine mango, peaches, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and jalapeno.
- Drizzle in lime juice and add salt.
- Stir thoroughly to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Cook burgers according to package directions.
