Vegetarian Quick N Easy Pasta

  1. Boil the pasta till its aldente.
  2. Heat the oil, add the chopped onions and tomato, then add the frozen veggies and mushrooms and the tomato sauce with 1/2 cup water.
  3. Sprinkle the bullion cube into the pan.
  4. Let it cook till done (water is almost evaporated).
  5. Taste it add salt and pepper and hot sauce if needed.
  6. Stir in the pasta.
  7. Stir in the cheese at this time if needed.
