Pocket Cheeseburgers

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Mix meat, bread crumbs, 3 Tbsp.
  3. steak sauce, onion and garlic powder just until blended; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties.
  4. Mix cheese, remaining steak sauce and horseradish.
  5. Top each of 4 patties with 1/4 cup cheese mixture.
  6. Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
  7. Broil patties, 4 inches from heat, 7 to 9 min.
  8. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  9. Fill buns with burgers, lettuce and tomatoes.
