Crab Salad

• 8 ounces lump crabmeat (picked over for shells)
• 14 cup mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons fresh chives, minced
• 2 teaspoons lemon zest, finely grated
• 34 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
• 12 teaspoon hot sauce

1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until combined.
