Komatsuna and King Oyster Mushrooms Sauteed in Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise

  1. Cut the king oyster mushrooms and komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put the mayonnaise in a frying pan, heat, then add the king oyster mushrooms and saute until cooked through about 80 %.
  3. Add the komatsuna stems and continue to saute.
  4. Add the komatsuna greens, then saute until the vegetables are completely cooked though.
  5. Remove from heat, add the oyster sauce, evenly coat the vegetables, then it's ready to serve.
