R.'S Broiled Fish Recipe
- 4 med. fish (sand perch, blue fish or possibly throat)
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- Seasoned salt
- Lemon pepper
- Garlic pwdr
- Onion pwdr
- Accent
- Black pepper
- Parsley flakes
- 1 med. onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 stick butter
- Clean and wash fish (blue fish comes larger), using blue, cut into 3x5 inch pcs.
- Using whole fish, cut small slits on both sides.
- Marinate fish with vinegar.
- Sprinkle on sugar, seasoned salt, lemon pepper, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, Accent, black pepper, and parsley flakes.
- Garnish with onion and celery.
- Add in water, pour inside of pan to make a nice broth from broiling.
- Dot with butter, celery will be crisp.
- Serves 4.
