Salmon
- 4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
- 1 salt
- 1 black ground pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 extra virgin olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350
- Wash Salmon Fillets, Pat dry.
- grease baking pan.
- Sprinkle Salt & Pepper over Salmon Fillets.
- Cut lemon in half, squeeze lemon juice over fillets.
- Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of olive oil over each of the fillets.
- Bake until easily flaked or until desired degree of doneness.
- Enjoy.
