Grilled Apple Almond Cinnamon Crisp

  1. Step 1: Preheat the grill to 350F.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, toss the apples with the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
  3. Lightly butter two pieces of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil and divide the apples onto the foil.
  4. Step 3: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  5. Use your fingertips to work the cold butter into the mix until it starts to clump up into crumbs.
  6. Mix in the sliced almonds.
  7. Evenly spread the crumb topping over the apples and tightly fold up the edges.
  8. Step 4: Place the crumble on the grill, cover and grill for 20 to 25 minutes.
  9. Carefully open the packets to check if the crumble is golden brown.
  10. If not, leave packets open, cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  11. Step 5: Remove from the grill, let cool slightly, then enjoy with ice cream, sliced almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon-sugar.
