Easy Crockpot Turkey
- 8 pounds Turkey Breast Bone In
- 1 whole Medium White Or Vidalia Onion, Sliced
- Salt And Pepper
- 2 jars Turkey Gravy (or Cans)
- Defrost your frozen bone-in turkey breast over night in the refrigerator (this may take a full day).
- Wash thoroughly and remove the bag of extra pieces (neck, etc.).
- Place turkey breast in Crockpot any way it will fit!
- Breast down is fine.
- Place sliced onion pieces around turkey and some in the cavity.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pour two jars (or cans) of prepared gravy over the top of the turkey.
- Place lid on Crockpot and set on low for 8 hours.
- Turkey will fall off the bone!
