Breaded Round Steak Recipe
- 2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Parsley, chopped
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 x Green onions, minced fine
- 1 med Sized round steak
- 2 med Irish potatoes, sliced Salt & pepper to taste
- Cut steak in small pcs.
- Salt and pepper the steak.
- Mix together onions, garlic, parsley, cheese and bread crumbs.
- Dip meat in beaten Large eggs and then roll in bread crumb mix.
- Put meat in a greased pan, cover with foil; bake in a 300 degree oven.
- When meat is almost done, put sliced potatoes over the meat, salt and pepper and recover with foil.
- Bake till both meat and potatoes are tender, about 1 hour.
- Serves 5 to 6.
