Stout Shake

• 3 scoops high quality vanilla ice cream
• 1 (22-ounce) bottle chocolate stout beer
• 2 shots butterscotch schnapps
• Marshmallows, for topping

1. Add the first 3 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add to large milkshake glasses and top with marshmallows.
3. Use a creme brulee torch to caramelize the tops of the marshmallows and serve immediately.
