Smoked Turkey And Pineapple Salad Recipe

  1. Place vegetables in a strainer and hold under cool running water till completely thawed; drain.
  2. To prepare dressing, mix lemon juice, vinegar, curry pwdr, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Whisk in oil till well blended.
  4. Cut pineapple in half lengthwise.
  5. Cut out core and fruit, leaving shells.
  6. Cut fruit into bite-size chunks.
  7. Toss pineapple, turkey and vegetables with prepared dressing.
  8. Spoon into pineapple shells and sprinkle with sesame seed.
  9. Makes about 6 c. or possibly 6 servings.
