Sausage Casserole
- 1 lb (.5 kg). sausage, browned
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups (475 ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) picante sauce or salsa
- 2 cups (475 ml) grated chedder cheese
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Beat eggs and stir in milk, sausage, picante, and cheese.
- Add cubes of bread.
- Salt and pepper as desired.
- Pour into greased (or use Pam) 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Bake approximately 1 hour or until egg is set.
