Chicken Style Pork Chops Recipe
- 4 pork chops, 3/4" thick
- 1 clove garlic, optional
- 3 scallions
- Dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil for frying
- Trim fat from pork.
- Combine garlic, sugar, scallions, Accent, soy sauce, sherry and Tabasco for marinade and marinate the pork for 2-3 hrs.
- Remove pork and dry.
- Heat heavy frying pan till warm.
- Add in the oil and turn heat to medium.
- Add in pork and cook one side for 7 min; turn over and finish cooking uncovered.
- Do not let the meat stick to the pan.
