Cheesy Chicken Melts
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 4 kaiser rolls, split, toasted
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 4 KRAFT Singles
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Cut each chicken breast lengthwise in half to make 2 thin cutlets; coat with coating mix as directed on package.
- Place in foil-lined pan.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
- Spread rolls with mayo; fill with lettuce, chicken and Singles.
