Grapefruit Vodka

• 8 ounces vodka
• Zest of one pink grapefruit, finely grated

1. In a jar, combine the vodka with the pink grapefruit zest and let stand for 2 hours.
2. Strain into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
