Hominy And Mushroom Casserole Recipe

• 2 c. canned hominy
• 1 c. canned mushroom soup
• 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Cornflakes rolled into crumbs
• 1 tbsp. butter

1. Mix the hominy, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
2. Pour into a buttered casserole.
3. Sprinkle with the crushed cornflakes and dot with butter.
4. Bake at 300 degrees till brown.
