Simple Demi-Glace Sauce with Everyday Ingredients

• 60 grams Japanese Worcestershire-style Sauce
• 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
• 60 ml Water
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 tsp Instant coffee

1. Add all ingredients in a pot and just simmer for a bit.
2. When the instant coffee melts, it's done.
3. You can serve the sauce over a hamburger like this.
