Sausage and Potato Quiche

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Line 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge.
  3. Pierce crust with fork.
  4. Bake 5 min.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 375F.
  7. Melt margarine in large skillet on medium heat.
  8. Add sausage, hash browns, peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 min.
  9. or until onions are softened.
  10. Spoon into crust.
  11. Whisk eggs, milk and thyme in medium bowl until blended; stir in cheese.
  12. Pour over ingredients in crust.
  13. Bake 40 to 50 min.
  14. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.

ready, nonhydrogenated margarine, italian turkey sausage, frozen hash browns, green peppers, onion, eggs, milk, thyme, swiss au gratin cheese
