A.1. Burger with Saucy Caramelized Onions & Mushrooms

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions; cook 3 to 5 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  6. or until mushrooms are tender and onions are golden brown.
  7. Stir in A.1.
  8. and chili sauce; cook and stir 1 min.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Mix meat and Worcestershire sauce just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  11. Press shallow indentation into center of each patty.
  12. Grill 5 to 6 min.
  13. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  14. Place burgers on bottom halves of rolls; top with onion mixture.
  15. Cover with tops of rolls.
