Flora's Bacon Cheeseburger Log

  1. on wax paper, basket weave your bacon into a square.
  2. I did mine kind of sloppy because my bacon was really thin.
  3. In a bowl combine your hamburger, salt, pepper, and whorchester sauce.
  4. Pat out onto the bacon square.
  5. Roll up any leftover bacon ends then add on your cheese.
  6. Roll up your bacon as tight as you can and lay seam side down in a greased baking dish
  7. Bake at 400 for approximately 40 min (would be great grilled too).
  8. After mostly cooked baste with BBQ sauce.
  9. Turn up to a high heat if you need to get your bacon more crispy.
  10. Allow to rest for 15min.
  11. Then cut into rounds for your hamburgers.
