Coquito (Puerto Rican Tradition) Recipe

• 1 can (13.5 ounce) coconut lowfat milk
• 1 can (13.5oz) coconut cream
• 1 can (12oz) evaporated lowfat milk
• 1 bottle (10 ounce) white rum (recommended Bacardi or possibly Don Q)

1. Mix the ingredients in the blender.
2. When finished put in a large glass decanter.
3. Chill and serve cool.
4. This is our Christmas, New Year and The 3 Kings tradition in PUERTO Rico.
