Stuffed and wrapped chick-chick-chicken
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayo
- 4 rashers of bacon
- 4 medium chicken breasts
- 1/4 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- Preheat the oven to 230 celcius
- Heat pan and melt cheese on low heat.
- Add garlic and mayo and mix.
- Place melted cheese in bowl/on a plate and leave to cool (it is meant to harden a little)
- Fry bacon on low heat until a white colour
- Roll the chicken in paprika, salt, garlic and pepper
- Cut chicken diagonally and stuff with the cheese mix
- Wrap poultry with bacon rasher
- Put chicken in oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes
- Serve with chicken noodles/mash/fries/whatever you fancy
