Olive Salad

  1. Hit olives with a mallet to remove the pits.
  2. Combine olives with celery, seasonings and onions.
  3. Add pepperoncini and capers, if using.
  4. Mix oil and vinegar; add a little water.
  5. Add to the vegetables so that everything is covered.
  6. Mix well and chill.
