Teriyaki Hamburger Steak

• 200 grams Ground meat
• 1 Egg
• 1 Onion
• 1 Panko
• 1 Nutmeg
• 1 Teriyaki sauce

1. Chop the onion finely, and sweat in a frying pan.
2. Let the onion cool, and mix with the ingredients.
3. Form into patties, pan fry until browned on both sides, and add the teriyaki sauce.
4. When the sauce is glossy, it's done.
