Strawberry Cookie Balls

  1. Mix cream cheese and biscuit crumbs until well blended.
  2. Shape into 46 (1-inch balls).
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. Melt chocolate as directed on package; stir in food colouring.
  5. Dip balls in chocolate; place on parchment or waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
