Molten Chocolate Eggs

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease baking cups lightly; place in shallow baking pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 3 min.
  4. or until butter is melted.
  5. Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
  6. Add sugar; mix well.
  7. Add whole eggs and egg yolks; beat until well blended.
  8. Stir in flour.
  9. Pour evenly into prepared baking cups.
  10. Bake 10 min.
  11. or until sides are firm but centres are still soft.
  12. Let stand 1 min.
  13. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate as directed on package.
  14. Drizzle over cupcakes.
  15. Add decorations.
  16. Serve warm.
