Beef Ground Steak, Marsala Recipe

  1. About 30 min before serving:
  2. On waxed paper, shape grnd beef into 8 oval patties; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. In 12" skillet over medium heat, cook patties and onion till patties are browned on both sides, about 5 min.
  4. Add in mushrooms, Marsala and 1/4 tsp.
  5. salt.
  6. Reduce heat to low and cook 10 min, stirring occasionally, and turning patties once.
  7. To serve, pour sauce over patties.
  8. Yield: 8 servings.
