Citrus-Sauced Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken.
  5. Cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  6. Arrange chicken in a large baking pan.
  7. Combine limeade concentrate, brown sugar, ketchup and vinegar in a bowl; mix well.
  8. Pour over chicken.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a knife.
  10. Arrange chicken on a serving platter and drizzle with cooking juices.
  11. Sprinkle parsley over top.
