Baked Chikuwa Fish Sticks and Onion with Mayonnaise

  1. Cut the onion in half first and slice thinly.
  2. Slice the chikuwa thinly and diagonally.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until soft.
  4. Add the chikuwa and fry.
  5. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to season with.
  6. Transfer onto a heat-proof dish and scatter the cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the oven until crispy browned.
  8. This is done and serve right away.
