Baked Chikuwa Fish Sticks and Onion with Mayonnaise
- 1 Onion
- 1 Chikuwa
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 as required Melting type cheese
- 1 as required Vegetable oil
- Cut the onion in half first and slice thinly.
- Slice the chikuwa thinly and diagonally.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until soft.
- Add the chikuwa and fry.
- Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to season with.
- Transfer onto a heat-proof dish and scatter the cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven until crispy browned.
- This is done and serve right away.
