Cheesy Potato Chip Breadsticks

  1. Roll each TexasTM roll or 2 dinner rolls combined into a 7-inch rope.
  2. Flatten each rope.
  3. Cut twelve 6-inch strips of cheese 1/2-inch thick.
  4. Place one strip of cheese on each flattened rope.
  5. Tightly pinch dough around cheese to form a breadstick.
  6. Place butter and potato chips in shallow bowls.
  7. Roll each breadstick in butter and then in crushed potato chips.
  8. Place seam side up on a sprayed baking sheet.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double.
  10. Remove wrap and bake at 350F 20 minutes or until golden brown.
