Chili Pasta Skillet
- 3 cups rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large zucchini, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, brown meat with onions and garlic in large skillet.
- Add zucchini, corn and chili powder; cook 7 min.
- or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in tomatoes and salsa; cook 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to meat mixture; mix lightly.
- Stir in 1/2 cup cheese; top with remaining cheese.
