Delicious Turkey Havarti Cheese Mushroom Burger

  1. Combine the ground turkey, seasoning, shallots, mustard, mushrooms, cheese, salt and pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Form into 6 patties.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  4. When hot, cook the patties, flipping over to brown on both sides.
  5. Just a few minutes on each side should do it.
  6. Serve while hot!
  7. *We eat this without the buns, its lighter and healthier, but would be delicious with hamburger buns and dressed however you like your burgers.
  8. *If you do not have poultry seasoning use 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried sage, 1/2 teaspoon of marjoram and 1/2 teaspoon of thyme and 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper.
