Gambas al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Shrimp) Great Drinking Appetizer

  1. Heat oil, garlic and chili pepper in a pan over low heat.
  2. If you deseed the chili pepper and cut it up with scissors, the dish will be spicier.
  3. When the oil is slowly bubbling, add the anchovy, salt and pepper.
  4. I used bottled anchovy sauce.
  5. Add the shrimp.
  6. When they turn white, add parsley and remove from heat.
