Tomato Pork Chops Recipe
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 egg
- Italian bread crumbs
- Oil
- 1/2 can water
- Sprinkle of sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Beat egg.
- Dip pork chops in egg, then bread crumbs.
- Brown on both sides in oil.
- Pour tomato soup on pork chops in frying pan.
- Add in salt, pepper, and sprinkle with sugar.
- Add in water.
- Cover and turn heat to simmer.
- Cook 45 to 50 min on LOW heat.
- Spoon tomato soup over pork chops while cooking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
