Creamy Salsa Verde

  1. Bring water, tomatillos and chile to boil in medium saucepan.
  2. Simmer on medium-low heat 12 min.
  3. or until tomatillos are soft; drain.
  4. Place tomato mixture, onions, dressing and salt in blender; blend until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream; blend well.
