Sour Cream Chili Bake Recipe

  1. Brown grnd beef in skillet and drain.
  2. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, onion and 1 c. shredded sharp cheese (4 ounce.

  4. Set aside 1 c. corn chips; crush remaining chips.
  5. Mix chips and meat mix.
  6. Put in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  7. Cover and bake for 30 min at 375 degrees.
  8. Remove from oven and spoon lowfat sour cream atop casserole; sprinkle with the 1/2 c. shredded cheese.
  9. Sprinkle remaining 1 c. of corn chips around edges and bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 min more.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
  11. Serve with salad.
